- The visuals department will generate all visual and interactive content for promotional, artistic, or informative purposes. This includes designing the set of the stage for the TED talk, creating logos and merchandise, and designing infographics such as posters. The responsibility of photographing team meetings and creating visual profiles (headshots and team photos) is also taken by the visual team.

- The marketing department is responsible for both in-person and digital promotions. They manage our social media accounts on Instagram, updating club members, posting event information and answering any questions. The marketing team organizes and updates our website, including information such as current events, sponsors, contact, and more. In addition, they collaborate with the visuals team to create posters that will physically promote the event to the community.

- Consulting members are responsible for recruiting and mentoring chosen speakers. They will organize and review the speaker applications and select the speakers. With people chosen, the consulting department will help speakers with the scripting and preparing of their TED talks.

- Communication members are responsible for approaching various sponsors while following the requirements made by the official TED talk. They list down to contact organizations for partnership and come up with possible levels of perks that can be offered. In addition, they communicate with West Vancouver District schools for additional support needed in the event. At the event, these members will participate as assistants to organize the stage.
